Letter from former co-worker-
To whom it may concern:
I have been fortunate to work with an array of talented event managers throughout my marketing career, collaborating on extremely large and complex events with upwards of $1M budget for a single conference. Erin ranks as one of the best event managers I've worked with.
Erin bring with her the necessary skills event marketers need, including attention to detail, contract negotiation, project management, and outstanding customer service. What sets Erin apart is her obsession with operational excellence and communication management skills.
Erin continuously strives for operational excellence. She is meticulous in her planning, bringing in standard best practices that ensure all stakeholders are engaged, timelines are met, and transparency that allows for real-time updates on any project.
She is proactive in bringing in the newest innovations and best practices used in the industry. When COVID-19 altered events in 2020, Erin was already researching and bringing in new vendors to ensure seamless virtual experiences, and independently sourced data to ensure that our organization was selecting optimal times and days to run events in our new virtual environment.
Lastly, Erin has outstanding project and communication management skills. Her emotional intelligence and leadership skills allow for her to lead projects and people, both upstream to the C-Suite and downstream to team members.
She is well liked and respected by her marketing peers, and internal stakeholders. People are excited to collaborate with Erin, and look forward to any event or project she leads. I would highly encourage you to bring her on to your team, as soon as possible!

“Pulling off such an
amazing virtual summit in these trying times was a challenge that I can't
imagine many people would take on and even fewer would succeed so resounding as
Erin did with the Mede 2020 Summit. I can only imagine how hard it was to corral everyone into turning in bios,
sending in head shots, scheduling recordings, being camera ready, testing
technology, and the one million other things that went into it. But she did it
with such grace, enthusiasm and collaboration, it really seemed effortless
(which clearly it was not!). She worked tirelessly over the past several months
coordinating all the pieces and with marketing being down a few FTEs, she took
a lot of the load on herself…”
Letter from Former Supervisor:
Team,
What a year this has been! Of all the adjustments we’ve had to make to our programs, accommodating our client Summit in a virtual setting was arguably the most challenging (and may be one of the most critical.)
I know that I, and many, many others in Mede were very, very impressed with this year’s Summit. Based on all of the positive feedback I’ve received so far from across the organization, including ELT members, I know that this event has exceeded all expectations, in terms of delivery. I received many personal emails and IMs (including several from Paul) praising the platform, it’s interface and navigation, the polish of the graphics, the quality of pre and in-show communications, the fun events, and the overall organization and experience.
I think all of us who attend virtual events on a regular basis would agree that this was a very unique experience, and I’m so anxious to see more client survey results and receive more feedback. This is truly a team effort and it takes so many people to orchestrate something so successfully. I am so proud of each of you and the role you’ve played in making sure this was very solid event. You all contributed pieces that went far beyond “execution” of an event, and made this a truly standout experience for our clients, and event our internal stakeholders. I know I also speak for the ELT when I say that this really improves the profile of MedeAnalytics publicly, and with our clients; it also shows our Mede colleagues why you need professional, skilled Marketers in an organization.
Of course, there is one person who is the hub around which the spokes revolve. Very special thanks to Erin for all the work, discipline, creativity, stamina, determination, and heart that she put into this (and every) event. The 2020 Insights Summit would be what it was without her!
Have a wonderful weekend!
