and client facing conferences and programs from concept to completion with a
strong emphasis on content management and internal collaboration with executive

Liaison to
hundreds of special events and film productions held on Denver public property
annually. Central point of contact to event organizers and film producers for
all city requirements, permits and contracts. Collaborated alongside 20+ city
agencies to develop and update citywide event and film policy. Coordinated and
communicate operational logistics with all impacted city agencies and
stakeholders for each event/film. Events managed include; the NFL Kick-Off
Concert, The U.S. Dept. of Energy Solar Decathlon, Rock N Roll Marathon, Colfax
Marathon, Denver Pride Festival, Grandoozy, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and
American Ninja Warrior.

SPECIAL EVENTS & SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR, THE TOWN OF PARKER
Concept to completion coordination of all Town
events, including the 4th of July Fireworks, Holiday Parade, and Bike to Work
Day Station. Solicited and secured sponsorships to meet event budget goals for
each event. Managed the employee recognition program for 400+ employees, which
included employee events and incentive programs. Created all promotional
materials for events. Managed multiple vendor contracts and agreements and
assured they were in line with Town insurance requirements. Served as point
person for external events utilizing Town property.

EVENTS & MARKETING COORDINATOR, JEFFERSON PATTERSON PARK &
MUSEUM
Executed the planning of educational events and programing for the park and museum; ranging from lecture series to family festivals and concerts. Curated existing programs and developed new events to attract additional demographics of visitors. Liaison for external events renting the park grounds for events. Managed the marketing, social media, public relations, and media relations for the park and museum. Secured grant funding for events and programs, and served as a member of the senior staff museum advisory team.
